Renee and Kim are middle-aged, empty nest moms navigating life the best they can. They experienced a spiritual awakening during the pandemic and have been on a journey to reconnect with nature as God always intended since. Science is catching up with ancient knowledge and we know now, because of Quantum physics, that everything is energy and vibrates at different frequencies. “Earthing”, also known as “grounding”, is the act of intentionally putting your bare feet, hands, or body in contact with the ground for a period of time to receive the vibrational “energy” healing benefits. Kim and Renee are fascinated with this healing potential that ancient native cultures already knew, but “we” seem to have forgotten. WE can REMEMBER and reconnect to Mother Earth.
